Tuesday 2nd – ‘Retreat’. If staying all day bring a packed lunch. Tea & biscuits provided.
10.00-12.30 – ‘Experience the Peace’. Bring a book, write, do art work, maybe make a mandala.
2.00-4.00 – ‘Meditation on Autumn’. Bring writings, artefacts.
Wednesday 3rd – ‘Bring a Project’. If staying all day bring a packed lunch. Tea & biscuits provided.
10.00-12.30 Felt workshop
2.00-4.00 Mindfulness workshop, maybe bring some needlecraft.

Meeting for Worship
Sundays 10.30-11.30am (Finishing at 11.15am on business meeting Sundays)
Preparative (Business) Meetings
Held on Sunday after Meeting for Worship, six times a year, from about 11.45am-1.00pm. Dates for 2018: January 7th, March 4th, May 6th, July 1st, September 2nd, November 4th.
Usually on the first Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm, with occasional extra meetings: short period of worship, followed by speaker, DVD, etc., and discussion. All welcome.
November 6th – ‘Diverse Beliefs’
[NB The 'Becoming Friends' course will recommence early in 2019].
Special Interest Groups
New members welcome
2nd Monday 7.30pm.
During a guided meditation named people are ‘held in the Light’.
3rd Monday 7.30pm.
Writing for 20 minutes on a selected topic and then sharing with the group.
‘Bring a Project’ Group
1st Wednesdays 10.00am.
Bring a project you are working on or just drop in for a coffee and biscuit.
Experiment with Light Group
4th Monday 7.30pm.
A guided meditation based on the writings of early Quakers.
Ad hoc meetings.
Supporting peaceful change in Israel/Palestine.
